Just missed a nice fat sow. Did not take into account that where I was looking is not where the arrow is. The arrow hit the dang rod on ground blind.

A past lease member was hunting my double bull 360 and shot at something, deer I suppose, and hit the corner tension strap. The strap is about 1" wide and the BH cut the strap in half and the blind collapsed on top of him. The person neglected to tell me about the blind and when I went to hunt that spot, found the damage, couldn't hunt the blind in the shape it was in and so I wasted a morning's hunt. Said person is/was no longer a lease member. Sent the DB back to Primos and they repaired it to like new.

One more for ya. I attempted to use one of those string trackers while pig hunting down on the Caterina and shot thru the netting on my Double Bull. Didn't hit any straps or rods however the string coming out of the spool somehow wadded up on the inside of the netting and when the arrow came to the end of the string it popped. Sounded like a .22 rifle and arrow hit the ground about 10 feet out. Good thing it didn't boomerang back into the blind. I had about 200 feet of orange tracking string all wadded up inside the blind with me and danged near had to cut my way out. Never used the string tracker again.
