So here I am in Houston; for my dad who is having his right lung removed. He has lung cancer and doc says this is the best thing for him. Well wife and I sneak out for lunch and eat at the spaghetti warehouse. Turns out there's such a thing called commercial parking zone. My little country butt had no idea. I actually paid the meter and everything. Turns out that side of street was commercial.... I typically obey traffic law and ordinance as much as possible (including pedestrian law).

Gonna be $255 for a simple accident... Yay! Not
