Save your money and buy other stuff. I bought a 2 pack of flashlights at Sams for $20 and am very impressed with them. If I remember 200 lumens and uses 3AAA batteries. VERY bright and alumn. body.

Coleman lantern

For tracking, THIS.

Coleman fueled, silk mantle, and a reflector is a must.

I don't know what all that has to do with the light that a Coleman lantern will throw, but something in that wavelength makes blood absolutely jump up off the ground.
