Anyone been down there lately? An have there been many birds moving down there? Headed down this weekend for opening. Just winding what to expect.

We have a house down there too , but I haven't been able to make it down there in about a month and a half. I'll be down there tomorrow morning hopefully have time to do a little scouting in the evening. Shoot me a message if y'all wanna have a cold beverage.

We're headed to Rockport tomorrow for the opener. All I've heard from the DU Migration report is some Redheads starting to come in at early light. Teal still hanging around. Haven't heard anything on Pins, Gaddy's or Widgeons. In other words, keep your expectations LOW for the opener. I'll be happy as long as we don't get skunked on either day.

x2 my expectations are not very high, im just gonna enjoy being out there and maybe get to kill a bird or two

Was down last weekend and saw two groups of pintails, and that was it. We shall see what Saturday morning brings. I can not wait to head down there.
