Don't know of any TBHer's that own a company, but I've used a company in Plano on several occasions that do a good job. Sorry, don't remember the name, but they are a big outfit.

For Gods sake keep away from those springs and their attached componates.
I almost lost 2 fingers because of them, I did loose some use of the fingers and hand but I can still count to 10 on them. Busted the pointer and middle finger in over 50 pieces and powdered bone. Steel plates, a great surgeon( expensive ) and a lot of torture gave me some use of them.
