For those who didn't look up scooby or read all the posts, he's in Navarro county too. Opposite side as I. Might be a big buck sleeper county. Don't come running though, it's hard to get access around here. Haha. Scoobs we might need to go hit up my farm one weekend for a camping/hunting trip. See if any of these guys might wanna join.

I hunted in Winkler for several years while they were building RC Lake. Killed lots of deer with no feeder. Just an old platform up in a big Pin Oak. Killed my best deer there in the early 80's.

Man, I spent my high school years and graduated from corsicana in 1985 and dont remember hardly seeing any deer back then, could have been wearing the beer googles though. My ex lives on the back side of navarrrow mill lake and I have a daughter that lives in frost and I have been seeing deer inbetween the drive from their houses last couple of times I went to visit.

There's plenty of them here. I'll be surprised if he makes it through boom stick opener. I'm heading to another place this weekend to hunt so I won't be in his area. I'm sure I will find out if he gets lead poisoning this weekend.

We hunt right on the Trinity in Navarro county. There are some nice deer but they are very elusive and must have a broad range. I will see one on my camera but never see it again.
We had two youth kill two nice 10 points last weekend on the youth hunt. I heard they are chasing the does right now so I plan to be on the stand this weekend for sure!
