Trying to get some rough estimates of what I would be looking at to build a house on a lot that I have my eye on.

That's a broad question. Kinda like how much does a car cost? Do you want a Kia or a BMW?

$100 - $120 sqft is a reasonable range typically. Your DCRs could also have a bearing on it.

Sorry for not being more specific, we just found the land this weekend and are trying to get the rough cost estimate. have been told from 80-120 per sq. ft is typical. We haven't really looked for a floor plan as we need to complete some repairs on our current house and get it on the market. I was more so curious if the price range we were given was accurate, which from your post it does sound pretty close.
