    installing a leveling kit on my 2010 chevy 4x4 this week...

    The kit is Motofab spring spacers....Any tips or tricks I should know??

      leveling kits are pretty straight forward, shouldn't take more than a couple hours to do.

          It's not bad at all. Just use a good set of jack stands. Which brand are you putting on it?

              Probably won't need it but I would suggest getting an alignment done after you install.

                Make sure you get an alignment after. Mine was way off after the install. And it helps if you have a buddy with a lift.

                  Chevy? Don't they all have torsion bars?

                  As stated, be sure to have an alignment done right afterward.

                            1500 should be either a doughnut or strut block that goes under the strut.

                              Gotcha. My 08 2500 has torsion bars. I have that special key changin tool if anyone needs to borrow it.
