      Extreme are not micro adjustable.

I am actually looking at the Viper Predator MICROTUNE:
      • CNC machined from 6061 T6 aircraft aluminum
      • Durable lightweight construction
      • Built-in harmonic damper
      • Sleek round housing
      • Oversized level
      • Separate windage and elevation for precise leveling
      • 3rd Axis
      • Four stainless-steel pins
      • Available in three pin sizes: .010”, .019” or .029”
      • 7.5” of fiber optics for superior brightness
      • Threaded housing & dovetail bar accepts Ultra-Violet Light
      • Threaded for available ZEISS Coated Lenses in 2, 3, 4 and 6 power.
      • 6” dovetail extension and mounting block
      • Dovetail knob features a precise locking system

They are around $150, but I have heard some good things about them. They also come in lost camo, which is good for me since I have a DXT.

The Black gold Flashpoint is what I use, but The Ignite from BLack Gold has more adjustability.
          Bad news, both over $100

              Individual Pins

Im looking for a sight that allows individual pin adjustment for windage and elevation.
Most sight Ive seen only allow individual elevation adjustments.
Windage can be in at 10 yards and 3inches to either side at 30.. Does anyone make a sight that can be zeored this way

sounds like you need to tune your bow!!!!

If you are getting zeroed in at 10 maybe 20 and still hitting left/right at 30 and beyond, then you are either not sighted in at 20 real close or your bow is out of tune or you are canting your bow causing the arrows to impact left/right at longer distances. Everything you mentioned wanting on a sight probably cannot be bought for under $100.

                    Try this experiment

Sight Any bow for 10 yards.
Put a dot on the top of a sheet of paper.
Aim for the dot and take a shot every 2 yards till you get to your Max range.
I bet your last shots are in the corner of the paper and not the center.
Im just looking for an easier alternative to using washers or shortening pins .
Both of my bows are tuned alined properly . My bear tends right 2and a half inches at 30 yrds and my martin tends 2 and a quarter to the left at 35.
Try it with any Bow or gun you own and you will see that you need to compensate for its natural drift.

Every bow I have owned when tuned right will shoot straight without drift. I shoot between 20 and 80 yards without any adjustment for wind-age and the arrows fly straight when I have proper form. The only natural drift you should have is if the wind is blowing. All your pins should be in a straight line. If your pins are not in a straight line then there is something else wrong. I could be wrong but I think if your bow is tuned right that your first pin is off just a little bit which causes each pin down the line to be off a little more than the last. Being off by a 1/4 inch at 10 yards could mean being off by 3 inches at 30 yards. I know these are not the answers your looking for but saying every bow and gun has a natural drift in my opinion is just wrong. Good luck and I hope you get it figured out.

Jmm83164-Something is definitely wrong, there is no such thing as "natural drift"

i did what you said and i shot straight out to 40. it didnt hit the dot but i dont have a 40 yard pin. it was low and dead on right to left. sounds to me like you need to tune your bow or possibly get a new one.
