Pike County Land Owner Questions ?

A co-workers uncle has 126 acres in Pike County, Il. that wants me to call him about bow hunting it. What are some good questions I should ask ?

I think it is too late to get tags for this year, but this would be a good time to get next year set up, and the year after, and the year...........

I've hunted a little father south and west out of the Festus, Missouri area and they have some beautiful corn fed deer in that neck of the woods. Saw the same thing over in Shelbyville, Illinois a few weeks ago, so that area should have some nice bucks in it.
