well I havent shot a shotgun in over 10 years (long road of school and training) and got the invite to do a pheasant/quail hunt with dogs at Hidden Lakes hunting resort and so I jumped on it. I was so nervous at first and making all the worst kind of mistakes on my first shots: left my safety on, closing my eyes, anticipating the shot, twitching, jerking, pulling...I probably looked like I was having mini-seizures or panic attacks every time a bird flew but I finally connected a load to the hind-quarters of a pheasant and in a cloud of feathers I was healed of my shooting-seizure-jitter-jerk things - well sort of...I started connecting on a lot of birds and had a heckuva time.
Recommend this place 100% Cord was our guide and he was phenomenal. Cant say enough good things about the place.
