I like to use hang ons and ladder stix at 20 ft but this was quick setup with 15 ft ladder stand which I don't think is high enough. I will be making some changes

I know it seems that way but my wife and I sit in a 2 man ladder stand 8ft up in an oak tree. When we are in place it seems like we have perfect cover but a couple of weeks ago I got down from the stand to run off the cows and as I was walking back my wife was "standing out" about the same as you are in the pic. It doesnt matter though, we have had as many as 6 bucks and 4 doe with fawns just 8-15 yards in front of us and paying no attention to us at all. We have had a perfect wind blowing from the deer to us each time we hunted.

I have a 15' ladder stand set up exactly like that. As open as you are as well.
Been in the same spot for 6 years, my best kill stand out of hundreds of deer I have had with in 10 -20 yards I do not recall any of them looking up at me and running off. I believe that if you leave it just the way it is you will be find

I don't think it is as bad as you think. First, you have a deer in your picture Second, if you remove the color, you blend in perfectly fine.
