We are east bound We are having to turn around and go back to ranger and I don't see any one coming up hill

A few years back a semi crashed into the divider coming east (downhill) and turned over, blocking both lanes. Took them over 4 hours to get the traffic flowing again. If it's shut down going both ways, it may be something similar.
