    I flew recently with my Plano Max case. I had my locks handy, just not put on the case. The TSA agents opened the case, looked at the bow, put a permit inside and asked me to put my locks on. No issues, the put a "Handle with care" sticker on the case and off we went! Easy as pie. Same routine flying back. Cost me $25 to check it as an extra bag.

      Also, check it as a firearm/high value item; it will make it for sure. I do this with my high dollar instruments when I fly and they babysit them all the way.
