Sample pack I've had for years at the ranch. Any good ,still around ? Only 1 so I would hate to test it on a target and ruin it. Are they easy to put together ? Never seen a mech in pieces like this.

Vortex Broadheads, still around. Fairly simple to assemble.

Vortex are the best mech made IMO. I like the 125 Solid Steel 2" cut 2 blade. They can take a major bone hit and not implode. **** things have been around near 30 years. The Swacker has been around a tad longer. I'll put it second only because you cant get it with a solid steel ferrule. Vortex makes a 2-3/4 cut aluminum ferrule 125 grain 2 blade also.

They will not take hard bone hit for crap most of the time. The Rage Ti however will. I did a broad head test on em with a fresh killed buck. I blowed the shoulder bone up with a Ti.

Those are very good broadheads. I shot a pig with an old vortex like that last year. Didn't run 25 yards. Work better on deer.
