I'm about done with those chest freezers, though. I've got 2 giant ones and I'm constantly loosing stuff into the bowels of those things and whatever I want ALWAYS seems to be at the bottom. Lol! My FIL bought a really big standup freezer and its awesome for organizing. First chance I get, I'm going to transition to a couple of standups

Here is a tip, office card board filing boxes. They fit in there perfectly. Ground in one box, breakfast sausage in another, link in another, and a random catch all. Its easy to pull a whole box out to get to the one below.

This sounds like a great idea. My aunt seems to lose a lot of meat every year because she sucks at rotating.
