    Great Customer Service

    No big news I'm a huge SKB fan. Their case has protected my bows on countless miles on the plane. Recently on a trip TSA snapped a key off in my lock, I got the piece of key out and figured it would work. Not only was the key not a TSA key the lock was broken.
    I emailed SKB to ask how I would go about buying a new lock. I got a reply asking for my address. I gave it and again asked what I owed figuring this case is 8-10 years old so it shouldn't be there issue. Actually it shouldn't be their issue if the case was a day old as their product wasn't the issue, TSA was.
    Today I get a package with a complete new lock and clasp.
    SBK went above and beyond. I'd defiantly buy more cases from them more often if they didn't last so long but that won't stop me from buying my next one from them when this one finally tears up.
