Broken Main Beam or Genetic?

HR, he is in an AR county. I'm not sure I can get away with shooting him. If he is broken, I would rather let him walk and see what he puts on next year.

I'm pretty sure I have pics of him from last year, and he was symmetrical. However, if it was him, he was just an 8.

On the last pic it looks like he has a broken main beam.. If that's what it is, don't think he'd be legal in AR

If you see him while you're hunting you can probably tell if you carry binos with him.
