Any idea what they eat

We also have a ton of them, I've seen more in the last month than I have my entire life. Ours are the big green ones though.

Here's one we found in the Leakey area a year ago. They're pretty neat critters. I think they eat mostly decaying vegetation.

I let our daughter bring one home that she found at the lease as we were leaving. She let it crawl on the back of my drivers seat...half way home I forgot about it and it was just crawling up my neck! I about jumped out the truck goin down the highway

We always have them. There do seem to be a few more than usual this year, though. Always thought they were pretty cool.

They eat bugs, you can actually buy them and release them in your garden to protect your plants :thumbup:
