    would you be interested

In a company that would go out and do all the not fun things you have to do when your at the lease/ranch?

Fill feeders, trim grass around camp and roads to blinds, even as far as hang stands in the offseason and check cameras make sure batteries were good. all so when you got there you could just focus on hunting.

think of it like a lawn service for your lease. also could make agreements for extra work like brush clearing, food plot development.

cost would be be cost of gas+ Fair pay
If you got several places near together that would be interested a deal might be struck and/or get a credit for referral. during season when cameras checked and feeder filled guys would be in gloves and rubber boots sprayed down when they go in etc.

I'm a bow hunter hear I GO the extra mile.

like I said idea based off lawn service... what you think?

I think very few people would have enough trust in someone to do that. There would be worries of being out bid on the lease price, etc.

Interesting, but all the not fun things you listed are the things I enjoy doing

I, for one, am pretty particular on how I want those things done.. ..and so theres that...
and theres the trust issue listed earlier...

but mostly... the work is actually the part that makes it worthwhile , to me.

Years ago somebody had the exact same idea and took it for real, can`t remember the company name, their add was printed in the texas trophy hunters magazines, Sendero? yep I think that was the name.

I tell you, lots of work to do in a job like that, some people just don`t like to get their hands dirt or spend hours working in things like feedwers not working, cars with flat tires, no battery charge etc.

I personally see a good job oportunity, it may take some time to run very good but once that you start getting satisfied customers they`ll reccomend your work to others and so on.

Best part, if you`re like me and love outdoors, wildlife etc, that will not be considered a real job but a pleasure

It would definitely be a slow start business. Could be a nitch business, but hope you wouldn't be depending on it for a living, at least for a long while.

I wish I could have someone fill my feeders, change my feeder times and pull memory cards while I'm at work

I am sure there is a market for it, especially on the high dollar south Texas leases and the places out I the middle of nowhere,....

But personally I enjoy taking my kids out there to the middle of nowhere and doing all this stuff, and I know they enjoy it also..

I offered a position like that to a good buddy of mine that I trusted. He is self employed so is able to find the time to do it. He started taking care of my place last year. He has never sent a bill for labor so I am just letting him hunt our place this year to return the favor. That being said if he could not do what he is doing I would be interested in your concept. I am also picky how everything is done but if the guys were trainable then it could be done.

If I can't fill feeders, mow, hang stands etc... Then I won't have anymore "excuses" to go out there

Like others have stated I enjoy that stuff however I think you may pull in a few clients wanting/needing that service

One idea would be to select a remote area of service to focus on and then runs ads in the Dallas and Houston papers. I've known plenty of guys from Houston with leases in Del Rio and beyond. You might actually have some success catering to the crowd that doesn't have the time to drive 10+ hours to do that work themselves. I don't think you would get much response for any area east of San Antonio though

I am as particular about that stuff as anybody and hunt with one of the most @nal retentive engineers you ever will meet. Details would be the bread and butter of this idea.

and I figured first trip I was on the place I would ask the land owner to meet me and work through it with take notes see what they like and how they like.
The more "deer hunting" parts camera placement and stand hanging I could let them decide on. I focus on chores they want done and up keep along with feeder full, feeder pen built and maybe up charge for the big things they want. Brush clearing etc.

Base of operations probably san angelo and then maybe Dilly (depending on investment and partners who I know down there)

I like niche's they are comfortable lol

I think it's a great idea and for cheap I'd pay for it ; )
Only because I don't always have time to drive four hours to keep the feeders filled.
