Previously I had posted about the horrible arrow rest the Octane Hijack which came with the R.A.K. package on my Diamond Core. While in the market for a new rest I decided to contact Diamond about the crap quality of this rest that was being put on their bows. The next morning in my inbox was a message that simply said this. "Sorry your having problems this close to the start of the season, send me your address and Ill send you out a new rest". Well a few days later and UPS shows up at my door with a new Octane Hostage Pro along with some Bowtech shirts a hat and a beanie. Can't say I'm not happy with them I didn't expect anything from them at all. I'm really pleased with their customer service.
