Guys in need of some help on a gift for a guy I work with who is retiring from the IBEW LU 479 after 42 years! On the job we are talking about getting him a rod and reel cause he loves to fish and that's what he plans on doing after he retires! I'm looking to get a custom rod for him and need help with where I can get one in southeast texas! This guy has thought me many if things about the trade and is one hell if a man and we want to do something great for him! Thanks for the help in advance!

Not sure on a location, but maybe you can find a place to have is initials engraved somewhere on the rod.

Wayne's custom rods is right down the road from me here in splendora. He builds very nice custom rods. But I recommend taking your co worker with you to pick out a rod that actually fits him. Wayne stands behind his rods and is well known around our town. And he can put the guys name in the rid for you.Comment
