      The spice to do 50 lbs of sausage is only like 5 bucks last time I bought some . Their casings are real good too

        Pateks! They're from shiner and only sell in bulk. Its the only thing we put in our sausage for the past 10 years (minus cayenne pepper). We use it on everything after we make sausage every year too.
