The grind begins!

I'm lucky enough to have my lease 10 min from my driveway. I am hunting every afternoon I can weather/wind permitting. Off at 4pm shower and in stand by 430. The mrs thinks I'm crazy but it's what to takes to kill a big one. Ill try to do live hunts every evening. Anyone else grinding it out?

About the furthest thing away from a grind I can think of. What's wrong with you man , snap out of it .

i'm in the same boat except I don't get off work until 430 so its 500=530 until i'm on stand. hoping that's not too late to hurt the hunt.

Psshhh, I've gotta walk into the shop and change into my hunting gear , then walk 300 yards to my stand Now that's rough

I have permission, from the mrs. of course, to hunt one evening during weekdays and all I want for the most part on the weekends... I hunt a small 30 acre place at my parents that's between our shop and the house. I can be in the stand 30 mins from the time I clock out, I love/live it!

I envy you as well. Nothing, NOTHING increases your chances like logging lots of hours in the stand. People (like me) will whine "I'm just not seeing anything!" I then reply (to myself) "what do you expect when you hunt maybe 8-10 days in an entire season?!" Stay with it brother and keep us posted!
