Rage through shoot through mesh

I've never tried to shoot through the shoot through mesh on a pop up but could see how it could definitely effect a rage. I usually wouldn't worry about it and would just shoot with the mesh down but the deer in the area I'm hunting are extremely spooky. So has anyone shot a rage through mesh? If so, how did it work?

Personally, I would never shoot a mechanical through mesh. Asking for trouble on that one.

Well they are expandable broadheads, they open on contact, so no they won't work.

The rage flies to it's intended target closed until contact with said target, if it were to contact mesh and open I'd think that would affect flight on the way to a critter. I wouldn't risk it. My pop up came with instructions stating not to shoot thru the mesh with a mechanical .

here's what you'll find out 6 or half a dozen been many posts about this issue. Do a search. .best thing I can say is if there's any doubt it all don't do it.that's the last thing you want to be sitting there worrying about and thinking about taking a shot

Did it on accident once it went right threw killed the javelina shot was high did not even notice I had shot through. But was and accident I did not mean to

please don't do anything on an animal that is untested. not about mesh, not about rage, supposed to find these things out on foam.

gotcha! Dont mesh with the Rage.
