    Primos Camera Repair

    Has anyone had any luck finding anyone that can repair Primos cameras? I have 3 (of 6 I own) that quit working...don't even turn on. I have contacted their customer service department (that I heard used to be good) and they told me the only options are to buy new ones for "around 1/2 price" which is more than I originally bought cameras for, or to send in and since out of warranty, will probably get told the same thing.

    Any ideas? Only a couple years old...sure is frustrating.

    Did you get them from academy? If so swap them out.

      Hmmmm...when my 46 went out they replaced it for shipping costs. It was a year old when that happened.

        From what I understand, it seems like there are different rules since Bushnell bought them out.

          Yup I just had two 35's quit working this weekend!! Won't even turn on.. One I just bought refurbed off Natchez two weeks ago. Other is a year old that I got off amazon

            do y'all register your cameras with the Primos? I registered all of mine.

              Never buy another CS blo.s. great pictures on the Truth 60 and great battery life both crapped at about 5k pics. Offered me anorher model discounted $40.. oh well carry on.

                  Just go on line and register it. It just ask when you bought and a serial number. Try it and see what happens

                      I just called them (Primos) about 2 truth cam 35's, no response to my email sent out last week. The lady stated that there was nothing that they could do other than offer me new cameras for 50% off.

                        I just registered a black out and the lady told me you even need the original receipt when you file for warranty work!

                          They just sent me a letter saying they can sell me a comparable model for $67 or send my broken one back. Blah.

                            Will academy swap them out without a receipt? I bought 35 ultra in June used it twice and it's screwing up but from sounds of it primos customer service sucks!

                              Their customer service sure has changed. I sent them 5 cameras (4-35s and 1-46) last year and all had been registered but the warranty was out on all 5. They replaced everyone with new units with no problems or hassle.
