Playing around with the new camera

Last week I purchased a new Canon SX50HS camera. I wanted something that had plenty of zoom without having to tote a telephoto lense around all the time, and have video capabilities. Plus, I'm not nor am I trying to be a professional photographer. I just wanted something simple that would shoot multiple frames.

This first sequence is of a really good buck that just stands there and never flinches as the feeder goes off. He just stands there chewing his cud.





















My little terrier/feist dog Ginger took a little dip in the tank on Friday. I thought these were cool.




















Next set is of a big Blue Indigo. Good Snake.

A few of a mainframe 6x6 with a fork on his short G2. Also, trying to split his brow and has an abnormal off his base.








Guess the mites or gnats were bothering this old girl. Though it was a cool sequence. It was funny because her fawn was having the same problem.

I no more than bought the SX20 and they came out with a 30 and now a 50. I'll have to get one of those I guess. I have really enjoyed the SX20 and even pictures on 80 power digital zoom are still good enough to see every detail on a deer. Good luck with yours.
