    Skunked Again

    Well guys we got skunked again this past weekend ,I'm getting so frustrated with this season that i'm about ready to give it all up ,but i really enjoy being outdoors,i'm sure the warm temps had something to do with it,ARGHH....Brian

      dont feel alone bro. im sick of hot south winds and 70 degree days. when i get a north wind in llano,tx. deer will die! i got two stands that are begging for a north wind. i got home about an hour ago and me and my nephew got skunked also. i feel yer pain! the week after christmas im gone again. good luck!

          Hang in there Brian. There are many people out there and even some on this site who don't even have a place to hunt. I'm with you on the warm weather. Hopefully that will turn around and so will the rest of your season. Heck you might get a Trophy on the last day, last hunt! Keep your head up and I look forward to seeing you with some great LDPs real soon!

            Me and my 6 year old were out in a blind this evening and didn't see anything, not even at a distance. Nothing was moving today.

                Brian,
                Don't feel like the lone ranger. Trey and I have yet to connect . I am still seeing rutting activity . Can't beleive it , must be the second rut.

                          Hang in there Brian. Nothing comes close to logging hours in the stand. Ya learn a lot more that way. Espcially hunting public land. BTW, all I saw was a 4 Sat morn, this weekend.

                          BTW, I did see two P&Y opposumes, but decided to give them another year.
