What is the average weight of a feral hog in Texas?

Average for an adult is probably 125.

Somewhere between 5 and 255 lbs.

Since they are born year round there are all sizes around all the time. I've seen 10 pounders and 200 pounders under the same feeder at the same time. The average size of the ones I shoot is probably 75 pounds but I don't usually weigh anything except big boars. My heaviest was 287 lbs.

Less than you think. Of the 38 this month I've only had 5 or so over 100lbs. Most were less than 40.

Like most have said it varies depending.
I've shot piglets probably as small at 20/25 pounds. Sows usually around 125 + or -.
Boars are larger. I'm just guessing at the weights based on how much trouble I have loading them in the truck.

Our boars have averaged around 220, the biggest shot was 400, and my biggest was 250. Sows have been averaging about 110. I don't weigh piglets
