Just got to the cabin. Getting a few things unloaded and heading out to check a couple cameras and see if I can get a pig to tonight.

Have a buddy coming over at 5. All the corn I put out yesterday is gone so I refreshed that in an attempt to get a hog tonight. With my dad in the hospital no deer hunting for awhile.... if the stupid wind would only blow 35 instead of a constant 30 mph things would be better

Got settled in about 40 min ago just to have a rain shower pop up from nowhere and soak me. Rained hard for about 15 min and the sun shined the whole time. Of course, I have rain gear but figured I wouldn't need it till tomorrow so I left it at camp. Now it's hot/humid/wet with a light wind in my face but I'm happy to listen to water fall from the trees while I look at this.

Got settled in a little before 6 this morning. Right at 7 had a decent 8 point come in to some corn I put out 25 yards away. He ate for almost 40 minutes. Just left a little bit ago. Think I may have gotten some good video of him as well. I will have to try to figure out how to load it later. Here's where I'm sitting today.

The deer in the back left of this picture is the one that came in early.

                    Question:

If a young doe with two fawns comes to the feeder, does she get a dirt nap or does she walk?

Let her walk if she is having twins.

I sat this morning till 9:30. Didn't see anything other than the 8 that came out early. I went in to get some breakfast and just got settled in the same spot I say this morning. Going to try to sit it out as long as possible till it looks like the bottom is going to fall out. Just have a few light sprinkles falling now with overcast skies and a light breeze in my favor.
