Uphill or downhill doesn't matter. You hold for the horizontal level distance between the two targets either way, because gravity's pull on the arrow is the same whether it's flying uphill or downhill.

It's not that critical in most bowhunting situations since the distances are so short. But in longer distance rifle shooting situations it can matter much more. If you range the distance between you and your target going up or down a slope, you will need to hold low. How much lower depends on the distance and angle, but your bullet/arrow will fly as if it is traveling the shorter horizontal distance between you and your target rather than the longer distance up or down the slope.

Aim low- shoot for your exit- more than anything else practice from up high-I shoot from my upstairs back yard window often.

When shooting uphill or downhill, aim a little low.

Just another reminder. If you have never shot a bow out of this stand, all the above advice will not matter if you don't do this first. Make sure your bow is OUTSIDE of that shooting rail. If you don't, you will MISS!!!
Yes, I found out first hand a few years back while hog hunting!!!
What will happen, the recoil of your bow will slap the rail and deflect your arrow. It deflected my arrow about a foot and half, short of my target.
