What do you do with your kill 2 miles in?

Curious what you guys would do. Drag it out, gut it and quarter on spot. I'm close to 2 miles in on public land without any wheels. Should I ride a bike close to hunting spot or bring some sort of cart?

Take a good pack with you. Quarter it, put in pack, walk out.

Just bite straight into it. Eat it on the spot.

A 109 dollar collapsible Yukon Game Cart is the ticket!

A decent pack frame will run nearly as much as this cart, and the load is on you.

Bikes are too top heavy and you can't control the load as well unless you modify it greatly to carry the weight balanced..by the time you do that, you blew through 109 bucks easily..which includes the bike.

Wheelbarrow is too big and clumsy.

Two wheel dolly is not terrain friendly.

They sell these things at Cabelas

Thanks guys. This is kinda what I was thinking. It's my first time hunting that far in without other access points

Depends on state and rules. Here in Nevada, you can debone your game animal completely in the field. I usually debone and pack it out on my back.

In Texas, I have thrown over my shoulder and walked out.

Cart hinders your ability to move quickly going in and coming out. Plus, if you don't have a trail, it can be hard to use a direct route back to your vehicle.

Field dress it and wear it out like a backpack
