First thought was a ticket booth of some sort but no slot to pay/ get tickets
Next thought was the round thing was a gun port maybe ?
Honestly I have no idea what it is let alone where

I would say ticket booth at a stadium/ballpark. Most have slots under the glass. Can anybody clean up the picture any and tell what the reflection is in the lower right side of pic or what the pic is behind the glass.

At the bottom of the center frame there is a goose swimming. I think it might be a painting not a window.

The panel to each side has a plaque under the window. From that angle the goose has to be a painting inside. Although there is a reflection of the top of another building.
