Heeler Dumped at Ranch

This Red Heeler was dumped at my place in Goldthwaite.He's not fixed.His tail is docked.He's pretty friendly.he's not a pup but not old either.I'd guess maybe3 or 4.The ranch owner what's to find him a good home.I'll be there Friday afternoon if anybody is interested.
