Can some one explain what this is about? From what i read it looks like i spill my guts about all the things on deployments and someone writes a song about it?

You can do this IF you want to but it's not required. Call one of the ladies and they can explain a whole lot better than I can.
If you make the call you are not obligated to go if you choose not to.
I personally know several who have been and they said it was the best thing they ever did.
