Well I went four years with only 6 arrows total. Still have those 6 and bought a dozen for the simple fact I had some spare cash and found a great deal.

I typically go through a couple a dozen per year. I hunt hogs all year long so that accounts for most of them. On the bright side I haven't had to buy any shells in over 10 years.

I normally buy a new dozen every two to three years.

Dang yall go through a load of arrows. Is it pigs that break them?

I go through 1 maybe 2.... I have had my current Easton Flatline dozen for almost two years and lost one to robinhood in the first week. Stopped shooting groups again then. I still have 11 and shot 5 deer with them over two seasons and I shoot here at the house pretty regularly...

I've shot over 50 hogs so quite a few have been broken that way. I hunt spot and stalk at night a lot of the time so I've lost several as well.

ditto except some years it 6 lost/broke, some years it 2, some it's 12...

                          That's my strategy too.

Last season was easy, I never drew back on a deer (bumper crop of acorns). Lost a couple to 3D though. Still got most of 'em.

6-8 per year.. I haven't learned yet that shooting for groups isn't a good idea! Sure is cool to split a nock though!

Usually how mine look after a hog goes for the thick woods...

Maybe a half dozen, but I broke two this weekend at the "C", so it may be a couple more this year.
