End of BAMA Texas AM game - WHY are there more non players on the field ???

Watching the end of the Alabama / AM game - which was a great game...

There seemed to be more people out there with cameras and video cams than players themselves. ON THE FIELD... WHY ?????

Sure does take away from the actual ambiance of the end of the game where the players meet the other players.

Having to weave and bob around camera people is just nuts...

Since they have the bigger stands in the south end zone it has become a common occurrence. They are already at field level there so its easy for those people to just go on the field afterward. Also there are so many non players on each sideline already its crazy.

I'd imagine every minor and major media had a rep out there, and they likely took advantage of freedom of press. I would also...

Listened to the first half on the radio while on the road. They said that there were over 200 sideline/media credentials issued for the game.

It is a shame that it has become a ME FIRST world. Everyone wants to get the good shots, the best picture. pffhh.

I don't think they should be allowed on the field.. It is for the PLAYERS.

same in baseball. why is the cameraman allowed to run with the player going from third to home on a home run.
