I would recommend a closed cell foam. You will get greater R value per inch ( about 6.5 with standard 2 lb foam) air seal, moisture barrier, and enhance the structure. Most company's have a $800 -$1000 min to move a truck, but you may be able to take it to them if they already have a rig setup for closed cell. You are probably looking at $1.00 to $1.20 per square ft per inch here. You can also buy do it yourself kits tiger foam is a popular kit and Home Depot also sells one though I think they have to order it. You will have to figure total board ft to be covered and then buy kit accordingly.

Yes you can do it and it isnt hard but it is expensive. Grainger has a few kits called Handi Foam. Its like $600 for a kit to do 205 board feet, so basically 205 sq feet by 1" thick. Very easy to apply and it comes with several mixing tips so if one starts to set up, just pop it off and use a new one. I think it expands 1:4
