Anyone know of a decent meat processor that doesnt charge an arm and leg for 1 possibly 2 Aoudads in the Porter / New Caney / Conroe area. I just want some sausage done. I would do it myself but as of now i do not have all the equipment to do it or the know how.

Its not bad. Don't recommend making any steaks, but burger and sausage are fine. Now on another note that does depend on who processes it and how well you cared for the game.
Now I would take it to Schott's, its not close to you but Schott's in Helotes did mine and it was great. Cant speak for any places in your area...Comment
