No threads on third Ramcats... normal?

I was needing some new broadheads and thought I'd try Ramcats since I've been hearing a lot of good things about them on this forum. The broadheads came in and I'm a little puzzled. Third one on the left has no thread for me to screw it into my arrow.

Am I missing something here? Is this normal?

That is a factory defect. I'm sure if you send it in or take it to where you bought it you'll get a replacement without a problem

Do you ramcat shooters shoot the broadheads into your targets to test them out? I didn't know they came with a test broadhead like a few others do.

Heard back from them. They're going to take care of me! Sending them back the defective head and they'll be sending me a new pack of broadheads at no charge. EXCELLENT customer service and they just earned themselves a LOYAL customer now.
