I've got an axis deer at the processor and I was just wondering how some of you prefer to have your meat cut? I plan on doing some fillets for grilling, I also hear that chicken fry is pretty good, so I've ordered some cutlets. I've eaten a lot of axis over the years and I prefer it as well as elk over most game. What does the green screen say?
