Shut water off. Flush toilet. Scoop last of water in bowl out w cool whip bowl. Undo water line and toilet from flange. Set aside. Scrape old wax ring up and install new wax ring. Set toilet over wax ring and sit on it to seat it good. Don't over tighten bolts and crack the bowl. Hook water back up and turn on. Have old towel or our wifes handy for water that spills. Search for plumbers crack online for visual disgust and then mail me $275!! :0)Comment

Concrete slab or second floor? Might require TWO wax rings.
Don't forget to caulk the toilet to the floor after re-installation.
