Just a reminder as we get ready for opening morning to be sure to wear your safety harness. My uncle was trimming trees off a ladder and fell 15 feet to the ground, he is lucky to be alive broke 9 ribs and tore his rotator cup. The bad thing is his safety harness was in the garage, his famous words "it will be alright" now he's layed up on the couch for the rest of deer season. everyone please be carful and check your equipment before you get in the tree.

I wore mine last year. I will wear it again. My buddy made fun of me for it but I know me, I am clumsy at times and even in a tree stand I doze off for a second. My uncle had to catch his son a long time ago when harnesses weren't around and he fell asleep in a two man ladder stand and he caught him by his pants. Almost made both of them fall off.Comment
