Great Customer service-Kenton Industries

Some of you may recall a thread I started last week about Kenton Industries.They did not do what they said they were going to do Thursday and Friday and I was frustrated.I finally talked to another person today and they were very professional.They explained that the normal people that handle transaction questions were off last week and apoligized repeatedly for the problems I had encountered.Tonight,I checked my email and they have issued me a complete refund and they are also going to still send the turret.I emailed them back and asked them not to refund my money.They made the turret and I agreed on the price.I do not want it for free.They have now gone above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied and I wish I had never started the other thread.Kenton Industries gets a
