Grapevine Duck Permit???

I know I know I know, this isn't duck hunting forum...but I don't know where else I could ask this many hunters at once!

I have a buddy who didn't get a chance to get a duck permit this year due to being out of town for a month for drill in Louisiana...so I am throwing out a hail mary to see if anyone has a permit that they are willing to swap for box of shells or case of beer or something?

Hmm...I don't know...just assumed and didn't see anything about it on the website. Not sure I see why it would be much of an issue though, but I could be wrong.

What would be the point of limited permits or any lottery systems if we could just grab a permit and share it with whoever, whenever we wanted? While we're at it, we can just start handing out our tpwd deer tags to others, that we haven't used. Heck... If there is enough demand, we can actually start selling them, and profiting. The reasons are endless, but perhaps calling the office and hearing their reasoning is better....
