Actually it was 51.8% and you forgot about the 278 yards he passed for. The key play in the game was the INT that bounced off of Evans hands that would have been 6. Funny, they shut him down for 27 yards rushing, had 3 turnovers and still only lost by 5. Should be a good one in BR this year. Metts looks really good, Cam has done him a world of good!!

Did LSU have any bad bounces? The point he and I were discussing was the run and they shut down his ability to run and swarmed him when they penetrated the line!

Their game plan was to force the pass and they were very succesful.

Regarding DJ it is hard to believe he would do it but it does not sound good. DJ was a good kid that had to work to make himself a better player etc. Coach Battle (AD) said the Dept. and Compliance were already working on it before publication. What is disheartening is a former player, Luther Davis, is involved as an intermediary etc. I have not read who the Agent is but most all are slimy bunch with a bunch of runners etc.

Les yanked his scholarship offer after Luther lied to his HS HC and CLM about his grandmother's death, claiming she lived in ALA and he had to attend her funeral. Davis created the fictitious death so he could go on a recruiting visit to ALA weeks before NSD.

What really should be investigated is these Handler's such as Bakari Guice who has a very odd realtionship with Bama but lives in Monroe and coaches DB's at WM and keeps bringing all the kids in the Monroe-Shreveport area to Bama the last few years ala Cam Robinson, hootie Jones, and Landon Collins. He also works the Alabama football camps and was suspsended for a year from WM for illegally bringing recruits to Bama. I could not fault any kid for wanting to go to Bama but these situations are very very weird.
