How long to get license mailed from tpwd?

I ordered online August 15th and still have not received it. I checked about a week ago and it said it was being processed still. My wife deleted the email from my order so now I don't have the "receipt" to get my access number to check on it. Is 3 weeks average? My account has been charged and not reversed. Anyone have any experience here? I did not request rush delivery.

How do I check on it without the transaction #?

I did mine August 31st and haven't seen it yet. Not much help to ya.

I renewed mine week before last. Had it in about five days including the weekend.

If you paid it should be in the system.
Go to walmart or academy and get a replacement license, just as if you had lost yours, and you're set to go.

If it comes in the mail before you use a tag off the replacement just throw away the replacement. If you have already used a tag just destroy the original and continue using the replacement.

Whatever you do, just make sure you dont keep them both!
