I have exhausted leads on getting some web dev help so I'm turning to the GS. I have a customer that is looking for a web development company that can help with a site written in Joomla content management language. I'd appreciate the help. We do everything IT related but web pages.

Isn't Joomla pretty much a drag-drop CMS ? I host client sites that use it.. kind of a web-sites-for-dummies system.. ?

Joomla is complicated, its definitely not just drag & drop. without some direction it can be very difficult to learn. With that said lynda.com has some really good tutorials on joomla, however they are not free.Comment

I have a couple of consultants that are friends that I go to for this type of work. They are very expensive, picky about the work they take on (in high demand) and only work remote.
