Anyone Hunting in McCook,TX?

I may have an invitation to hunt down in McCook, TX during bow season so just trying to get some feedback on the area. I've never hunted down that way so any input will be appreciated. All I know is the ranch is 500acres low fence.

They have some BIG deer down there...like most tho,it depends on how it is cared for...and who the neighbors are....Free Hunt????? no brainer,give it a try....

There's some good deer in the McCook area. My family is from there. Headed down there tomorrow for some white-wing action. No secret to hunting other than being on a place with good mgmt.

Be sure to stop in McCook Mercantile. In the back half of the store are several monster whitetail that were poached off the King Ranch in the 50-60's. Tell em Kevin Skloss sent ya.
