    how do you grill your tuna

    How do you grill your fresh tuna ? Just got back from a fishing trip and want to try some fresh tuna . Any secrets ? Thanks

    just like you would do any good steak. i like mine with some mango salsa on top.

      Coat in olive oil, season with sea salt and fresh black pepper. Get the grill hot - at least 550 degrees. No more than 90 seconds per side.

        Sear the outside with your choice of seasoning and oil but leave the inside raw.

                  I like to use sesame oil with a coarse salt (sea, kosher or Himalayan), fresh black pepper & sesame seeds.

                  Rare. Just sear the outside
